To display parcel information, you must do one of the following:

2. Submit a Query using the Parcel Query box.

Select A Parcel
There are three methods for selecting a parcel:
1. Identify the parcel by selecting the checkbox next to Identify and then selecting the feature to identify in the pull down box.
2. Select multiple parcels by clicking the checkbox next to Select Multiple Parcels and draw a box to select the desired parcels. A window will appear with a list of the chosen parcels.
3. Submit a Query using the Parcel Query box.

Submit a Query
Steps:
1. Scroll down to the bottom of the browser using the scroll bar on the right-hand side of the browser window.
2. Located at the bottom will be the following Parcel Query box:

3. From this window you can use whatever qualifier you want, one qualifier at a time.
4. Partial entries in these boxes are accepted. For example, if you know only the first few letters of the owner's last name, "sm", you would simply type "sm" in the Owner box and click the Go Get It button. SDX will return a list of owners with "sm" as the first two letters in the last name (Smith, Smart, etc.) Similarly, you can type "06" in the Parcel ID box and it will return every parcel that begins with 06. Entries are not case-sensitive.

In addition, you may also submit queries if you know other names on the account. For instance, you are looking for property owned by Jane Public, but a search based on "public jane" returns no results. By entering "public *jane", SDX returns a listing for "PUBLIC JOHN & JANE".

To search on other fields in addition to the NCPIN, Owner, and Parcel ID, click Advanced Query.

The resulting screen lists several search criteria. Multiple fields may be used to narrow searches. For example, entering "smith" in the Owner field and a Parcel Value range from "50000" to "75000" will return a list of parcels listed to owners named Smith and which have a total value between $50,000 and $75,000.
